The Executive Director plays a crucial role in promoting and demonstrating Parrish Healthcare's Culture of Choice. This involves ensuring that strategic goals and objectives are met or exceeded by providing the necessary leadership, direction, and oversight to assigned functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- HEALING COMMUNITIES | GROWTH: The Executive Director leads and directs strategic planning within assigned functional areas to anticipate current and future service solutions. They influence the innovation, development, and growth of quality, infection control, and patient safety strategies.
- HEALING EXPERIENCES | SERVICE: The Executive Director leads and directs the development and maintenance of systems, processes, policies, and procedures that result in excellent customer service as measured by HCAHPS and other national benchmarks.
- SYSRELIABILITY | QUALITY & SAFETY: The Executive Director develops, leads, directs, and/or maintains systems, processes, policies, and procedures that result in continuous improvement environments achieving national best-practice standards for quality and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related clinical healthcare field required, Master's preferred.
- Greater than 7 years of relevant experience; >3 years of leadership experience required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred or willing to obtain within two years of hire.
