Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and psychosocial status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Provide effective patient education and promote self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the creation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association required.
