- Supervise and delegate duties to other healthcare personnel, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, patients, and families, using clear and concise language.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN education program (Associate Degree in Nursing required). Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- State of Florida RN licensure. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications through the AHA required.
