Parrish McCall is seeking a Project Manager to support these efforts.
The successful candidate will be an independent thinker, customer oriented, proactive and have a track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible self-starter with excellent organizational, computer, communication, and time management skills. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project information flow between owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
- Buy out the project in its entirety quickly, while striving to maximize savings with the most qualified subcontractors.
- Write and distribute all subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Secure all necessary permits and ensure they are available and secure at the jobsite.
- Develop a submittal log and expedite all submittals.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update the project schedule.
- Produce and submit a monthly pay request in accordance with the contract.
- Prepare monthly project reports for review at monthly OAC meetings.
- Review, develop. and submit RFI's to the A/E.
- Process all change orders and change paperwork.
- Request, receive, compile, and turnover all project closeout requirements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of appropriate software, including BIM 360, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage, FieldWire, and Bluebeam
- Decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Efficient typing skills
- Willingness to learn
Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous accounting, administrative, or project management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
