Job Responsibilities:
· As PMC’s on-site safety officer, promote and enforce jobsite safety at all times.
· Direct mobilization and organization of the site.
· Schedule and coordinate all jobsite work activities, deliveries, testing, and inspections.
· Manage the work proactively ensuring continuous work flow and maximizing productivity.
· Track schedule progress, forecast completions, and update the project schedule with the PM.
· Continually review and inspect the work in place.
· Coordinate routing and interfacing of MEPF systems in the field.
· Conduct weekly trade coordination meetings, prepare agenda, and document items discussed.
· Maintain current as-built drawings at all times.

· Construction and plan reading knowledge
· Attention to detail
· Willingness to learn
· Knowledge of appropriate software, including BIM 360, Outlook, FieldWire, and Bluebeam
Experience/Education:
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Previous construction, healthcare construction, or supervision experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
