We are seeking a  Home Building Construction Manager  to step into a leadership role within our strong, established operations team. Your Mission

Take full ownership of our custom home-building projects, delivering them on time, on budget, and with impeccable quality. This hands-on role demands focus, exceptional organization, and the ability to inspire and manage contractors effectively. Starting as an  On-Site Project Manager , you will learn the ins and outs of the role, preparing to oversee and manage our project managers for accountability and excellence in the near future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn and Lead :  Start by mastering the project manager role to prepare for managing the team in the near future.
  • Lead from the Front :  Inspire and oversee contractors to ensure top-quality construction for custom-designed homes.
  • Own the Schedule :  Drive efficiency by managing and executing detailed construction schedules with precision and urgency.
  • Demand Excellence :  Train, inspect, and coach contractors to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Engage Customers :  Build trust and deliver an unparalleled experience through direct communication with homeowners.
  • Drive Success :  Visit multiple job sites daily, ensuring every aspect of construction runs smoothly and on time.

  • Competitive Compensation :  $120,000 - $160,000 based on experience and performance.
  • Company Vehicle :  After 60 days, receive a fully equipped company truck, including gas and maintenance.

    Pay : $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
