The Parry Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the food hall opening Fall 2024 inside of Caesar's Palace Casino. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth business functioning. This role involves overseeing staff management, maintaining service quality standards, handling guest concerns, and contributing to financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in leading the daily operations of the food hall, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate scheduling and other administrative functions.
- Oversee the guest experience, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food quality, safety standards, and service excellence.
- Support inventory management, ordering supplies as needed.
- Monitor financial performance and assist with budget planning and cost controls.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
