Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our People Operation Team. This role will focus on recruiting top talent, be an integral part of the onboarding process, track 30, 60, and 90-day evaluations and feedback, and assist with other HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can effectively manage multiple tasks, ensure HR records are up to date, and drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Schedule initial screenings, interviews, and assist in the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain a “warm bench” of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Onboarding & Orientation:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, equipment, and initial training schedules.
- Provide ongoing support to new employees to ensure a successful transition into the company.

Employee Evaluations:
- Track and schedule 30, 60, and 90-day performance evaluations for new hires.
- Assist the team with the evaluation process and ensure feedback is documented and addressed.

HR Administration & File Management:
- Ensure employee files are up to date, including contracts, personal details, and training records.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR reporting and other administrative duties as needed.

HR Initiatives & Employee Engagement:
- Assist with implementing and supporting HR programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Help organize and track employee training programs, benefits, and wellness initiatives.
- Participate in HR strategy sessions to help improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or minimum of 4 years of expanding experience in an HR related role.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other HR software tools. Experience with Gusto a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

The expected range of pay for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Our Hiring Manager can share more information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors during the hiring process.
