Position Overview:
The Partner Engagement Manager (PEM) directly supports Parsec’s Partner’s success and satisfaction. Reporting to the Chief of Education and Policy, PEMs work closely with the Account Executive team, Data Analyst team and the Learning Integration Specialist team to ensure deliverables are met on time, contract renewals are seamless, and engagement with Parsec platforms is impactful. Additionally, PEMs connect on a regular basis with their portfolio of customers to review progress toward the partner’s goals and to ensure high customer satisfaction with the Parsec experience. PEMs are responsible for ensuring Parsec retains a 9.0 or higher NPS score, maintaining a less than 5% churn rate, and creating opportunities for product expansion to meet partner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely Deliverables: Track and monitor all deliverables in Asana to ensure completion by the due date.
- Engagement: Meet monthly with all partners to ensure strong customer satisfaction and proactively address issues.
- Retention Strategies: Develop, implement, and optimize processes and systems that guarantee top-tier contract renewal rates. This includes understanding potential churn factors and addressing them proactively.
- Feedback Loop: Regularly gather Partner feedback and liaise with internal teams to translate feedback into product enhancements or new features.
- Data-Driven Approach: Monitor and analyze Partner usage patterns, ensuring they are getting the best out of our solution, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Education, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in a Partner success, account management, or related role. Prior experience in the education sector or with SaaS products is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with an unmatched attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Partner success tools and platforms.
- Ability to foresee potential Partner issues and proactively address them.
- Willingness to travel within the region for onboarding and training sessions, if required.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
