Weekly Pay- $1,490 to $1,590
Summary: SCOD Coordinator performs duties planning out the work for the day with coordinating the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound containers for the train.

SCOD Coordinator Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a SCOD Train Coordinator that will be responsible for effective and efficient coordinating of inbound/ outbound units are loaded onto the train and ensure proper handling
- Monitors checkpoint performance
- Interfaces with customers, addresses complaints and problem solves
- Updates load planning
- Perform yard checks for terminal and verify outbound units loaded on trains
- Perform gate duties when needed
- Coordinating operation efforts to successfully complete loading outbound train
- Coordinator utilizes the computer system to ensure proper containers are planned for the specific railcars while also planning outbound destinations for said railcar.
- Coordinator additionally provides yarding instructions for train crews, and a sum up of all activity performed by the crew in the yard for the day via email.
- All work performed must be done in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of products
- Strong Work Ethic
- Open Schedule availability (Nights, Weekends, Holidays)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Documented successful completion of lawful post-offer, pre-employment checks including criminal background check and drug screening.
