Crane Maintenance- Utility
Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate : $21.00 hourly
The Intermodal terminal operates 24 hours per day 365 days of the year. Must be able to work any needed shift (day, swing, night) and weekends.
SUMMARY
- Pre-shift preparation :
Inspecting the crane and lifting equipment for damage or wear and tear.
Clearing the work area of obstacles and debris.
Performing basic maintenance tasks like greasing components and cleaning crane parts.
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures regarding crane operation.
Required skills and qualifications :
All work performed must be done in a safe and efficient manner.
This position is unionized and after a 120-day probation period, you will become a union member. Employees are subject to a shift change every six months.
