Compensation: 70K/Year Sign on Bonus
Role Summary:
We are looking for excellent Maintenance Technicians for one of our long term clients in Twinsburg, OH. This client is a well-known brand in the automotive industry providing services across the globe. This position is an opportunity where you can leverage your PLC and Robotics skills to serve the industry.
In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to mechanical, electrical or electronic, hydraulic and combustion systems while working on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
To qualify on this role, you must have experience with installing and aligning the operating systems and troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLC’s and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
- Own the project by leveraging your Electrical, Mechanical, maintenance, troubleshooting skills
- Navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for the purpose of troubleshooting equipment faults.
- Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
- Provide support to gas and electric welding operations.
- Monitor and act on required preventive and proactive actions for plant equipment
Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:
- Completed some college coursework
- Maintenance Technician “A” level
- Must be proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLC’s and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- At least 4 years of experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding
