Role Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Development Analyst for one of our long term clients in the Laurel, MD area. This clients deals with the Government Administration and this role is an opportunity where you can showcase your skills as an HR and Trainer.
In this role, you will be working with different manager to understand their training needs and will design the trainings classes accordingly. To qualify for this role, you need to have a very good hands on LMS (Learning Management Systems) experience along with the ability to performing the training related search to keep your course up to date all the time.
Responsibilities of the Talent Development Analyst:
- Coordinate with Different managers to understand their needs and train their teams or new employees. While training them, you will also be responsible for conducting the orientation sessions.
- Design, develop and maintain the training course to schedule the classes/meetings/workshops for employees.
- Create and manage various reports such as surveys/stats graphs/charts etc to show the ROI and to get the feedback.
- Perform training related searches and keep the LMS (Learning Management Systems) updated.
- Suggest the requirements, budget and facilities needed to conduct the trainings.
- Publish the training content for future reference of the employees
Qualifications of the Talent Development Analyst:
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have 2 years of experience with Trainings and Development programs and supporting such operations.
- Very good knowledge of LMS tools/software/applications.
- Good knowledge of Adult learning concepts and training material development
- Well versed with the budget monitoring and reporting technics
- Solid hands on experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Strongly skilled in Written and Verbal communication
- Ability to perform and complete the tasks within the assigned timelines.
- Capability of working with different divisions to understand their specific needs
- Willingness to support in other Administrative tasks to utilize your skills.
