OK - RN - Dialysis Inpatient Acute - with Call - DAY 12 hrs with Call; Dept Inpatient Dialysis

Shift Information:5am - 5:30pm; Every other Saturday rotation in schedule require.; CALL required generally 4 days/month and 1 weekend every 8 weeks however this may vary.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 HRS.

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR EXPERIENCED DIALYSIS RN: minimum 2 years’ recent experience from medium/large sized facilities - ACUTE INPATIENT DIALYSIS and Epic EMR experience. REQUIRED

also is experience with Fresenius Dialysis Machines. Chronic OUTPATIENT DIALYSIS experience HIGHLY PREFERRED.

This position may require some floating to our 20-station Chronic Outpatient unit, depending on the unit needs.

BLS (AHA), comfort level with Telemetry and current unencumbered ability to practice as RN in Oklahoma.

Education: Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.

PERMANENT ADDRESS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE and meet our 100 minimum radius requirements. Traveler Must pass basic Dysrrhythmia and Medication exams on first day of the 2-day class orientation. Safety Sensitive position*
