What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parsley Crew Member (Part-time, M-F lunch shift, some weekends) position at Parsley Mediterranean Bar and Grille?
Applicant must be available to work Monday-Friday from 10:30am-3pm. Hours will be part time, full-time may be available after training. Candidate must be hard working, a quick learner, and able to work well in a fast paced environment. This job is heavily team based, meaning working and communicating with others appropriately is a requirement.
Employee must be able to memorize the full menu, which consists of salads, wraps, rice bowls, and a hand full of appetizers. They will also learn to take orders on our register system, make food orders, and send/bag them up for customer pick-up.
Prep work is required, such as folding bread, filling up sauces/dressings, and restocking our food line. Cleaning tasks like sweeping, wiping off tables, and keeping the main food line clean are also some of the main components of this job. Trainees will learn all positions of our line and kitchen.
The restaurant is set up cafe style so there is no hosting or serving positions. This position includes many benefits such as a free meal with every shift, paid breaks, and flexible scheduling.
