Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for all customer account management needs within the brokerage.
Cultivate and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Collaborate across departments to deliver an outstanding partner experience and resolve any issues.
Provide support for complex client inquiries or problems when necessary.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)-preferred but not required
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
