Parsons is now hiring a Data Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customerWhat You'll Be Doing : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives; perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support strategic initiatives.Can explain complex, technically difficult information in an easily-understood manner to technical and non-technical audiences.Educate and mentor on how to effectively use and interpret data, ensuring users can independently derive insights and make informed decisions.Provide expertise to develop, implement, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms to support decision-making processes; continuously monitor and refine models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch).Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib) and big data technologies (e.g., Pandas, Spark).Capable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.What Required Skills You'll Bring : 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree5 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data analyticsStrong proficiency in Python, working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks.Strong organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillmentActive DoD Top Secret-level security clearance with SCI eligibilityWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring : Active DOD Top Secret / SCI security clearancePrevious experience supporting an INDOPACOM or US Army customerExperience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and / or operationsExperience with data visualization tools and techniquesProficient in SQLFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)Minimum Clearance Required to Start : Top Secret SCIThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.Our Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
