In this role you will get to you will play a crucial role in helping the successful execution of our United States Space Force (USSF) SAFe Agile construct and guiding our teams toward increased agility and efficiency supporting Defensive Cyber Operations Software and System development. What You'll Be Doing: As SAFe® SPCT, you will have the opportunity to leverage your Lean-Agile experience and expertise to improve program performance by coaching teams and client stakeholders, delivering training, facilitating workshops and events, and being a trusted partner to the Defensive Cyber Operations community. Champion continuous improvement efforts, increase agile team performance, support change management efforts for new ways of working with the DCO community, support SAFe enablement for project’s PM, and the contract leadership team 100% onsite is required in Colorado Springs, CO What Required Skills You'll Bring: Must have a Masters Degree in related field from an accredited university with 10 years of experience Certifications: SAFe® Practice Consultant-T (SPCT). Ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance This role requires expert knowledge of SAFe® principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ability to communicate and present to Senior Leadership while receiving feedback and acting upon as necessary What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Top Secret OR interim/active Secret with ability to get Top Secret Familiarity with Defensive Cyber Operations Concepts Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
