Job Description :
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Director, Federal Products to join our team! In this role you will get to drive the development of our product strategy, product roadmaps, and organizational product management processes and standards, an area quickly growing within Parsons.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Standards & Frameworks : Develop organizational standards and frameworks that ensure consistency in product development, product management, delivery, and innovation.
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management Processes : Ensure consistent use of processes with product owners and assist with execution.
- Product Portfolio Analysis : Develop analysis framework and implement with product owners to assess their product offering, performance, pricing, and growth strategy.
- Performance Monitoring : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Market Understanding : Build an understanding of both Government and commercial target market sectors, identifying unique challenges, trends, and opportunities in each space.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet any relevant standards and customer needs.

Salary Range :
140,700.00 - $253,300.00
