Job Description: As an Apprentice Electrician at Parsons, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair. Under the guidance of experienced electricians, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various projects while learning about electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols. This role offers a unique chance to grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the supervision of licensed electricians. Learn and apply electrical theory, concepts, and techniques to perform tasks effectively and safely. Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist in diagnosing problems to provide timely solutions. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition and adhere to proper handling procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project objectives are met. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Enrolled or willingness to enroll in a recognized electrical apprenticeship program. Basic understanding of electrical concepts and principles preferred. Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
