In this role you will get to influence day-to-day operations at the Muscatatuck Range Complex. What You'll Be Doing: Assist the Program Manager in overall management of the Program Be prepared to perform the duties of the Program Manager if required. Plans, directs, supervises, and controls all business, technical, fiscal, administrative, and marketing and business development functions of the office. Plans and defines strategic and financial goals, determines the resources required to achieve them, and directs the effort to acquire and retain those resources. Participates in the development of marketing strategies and in the preparation and review of major proposals and lump sum bids. Monitors all financial information and reports What Required Skills You'll Bring: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments. Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel. Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training. Security Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility. Able to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. The Contractor shall possess knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management. Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
