We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description: Basic Qualifications: Active Top Secret - SCI security clearance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field. Responsibilities include, but are not limited too: Provide innovative process improvement solutions for current Personnel Security areas such as Continuous Evaluation/Continuous Vetting, Case Management, Case Initiation, and Automated Records Check (ARC). Conceptualize, design, and develop robotic process automation (RPA) within PERSEC systems to improve process flow between various security teams. Strategize, design, and implement innovative processes to improve NGA PERSEC for reportability to Director of National Intelligence (DNI), utilizing Process Improvement techniques (i.e., Six Sigma, Lean Management, Agile Management, etc.) Deliver all product/service work utilizing Agile principles and methodology (Kanban or scrum) that contain a series of defined states (i.e., Team Backlog, Analyze, Review, Build/Perform, Integrate & Test, and Accepted.
