Job Description :
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Quality Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to develop and implement Design Quality Management Plans and Procedures .
What You'll Be Doing :
- Engage during the proposal phase, to describe design quality processes and procedures in response to RFP requirements
- Establish, implement, and maintain a Design Quality Assurance System (DQAS) commensurate with the Project requirements and complexity of the Project
- Provide training of design personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QC process
- Provide direction to the design team and subconsultants on the DQAS when questions arise or during the review of QC documentation
- Represent the Design Team on design quality issues at meetings with the Client, third parties and construction staff
- Perform Auditing / Surveillance of planning and design functions at scheduled intervals to assess conformance with the Contract requirements, as applicable
- Conduct surveillance of design submittals to confirm the documents are in substantial compliance with the DQAS
- Determine whether a Corrective Action is necessary to bring awareness of design quality issues to the project manager and Design Team

Salary Range :
117,000.00 - $227,900.00.
