Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Electrical to join our Federal Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex electrical and electronic installation projects across various US Army and Air Force bases in the continental US and overseas. Your primary focus will be on system design, installation, and integration, including electronic security systems, access control systems, closed-circuit television, fire alarm systems, SCADA, BAS, and power systems.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned projects.
• Oversee and update implementation of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other required documents.
• Manage contract deliverables and assign responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates.
• Manage scope, track changes, and negotiate changes with clients and key subcontractors (in conjunction with applicable contracts groups).
• Support growth and business development opportunities, providing input and development plans for subordinates.
• Mobilize company resources to support project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
• Manage and control budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical/business field, or 10 years of related work experience and Electrical License.
• Ability to manage major complex Firm Fixed Price design build programs.
• Experience with electronic security systems, access control systems, closed-circuit television, and fire alarm systems.
• Experience with SCADA, BAS, and power systems.
• Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in management capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of electronic security systems.
