* Lead and manage operational activities to achieve business objectives
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance and improve productivity
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
* Provide leadership and mentorship to department managers and team members
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
* Analyze operational data to track performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
* Active TS/SCI with Poly
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in an operations management role, including experience in leading teams and managing projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to optimize processes, manage budgets, and meet performance targets
* In-depth knowledge of operational strategies and performance metrics
* Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex operational issues
