Project Manager, Electrical
We are seeking an incredibly talented Project Manager, Electrical to join our team at Parsons.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage complex Electrical and Electronic installation projects through US Army and Air Force bases in the continental US and overseas, including system design, installation, and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
- Oversees and updates the implementation of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
- Manages contract deliverables.
- Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates.
- Manages Scope, tracks changes, and negotiates changes client and key subcontractors (in conjunction with the applicable contracts groups).
- Supports growth and business development opportunities.
- Provides input and development plans for subordinates.
- Mobilizes company resources to support a project team capable of completing effective, quality work.
- Manages and controls the budgets, and assures accurate financial reporting.
- Familiar with change management, developing and negotiating for additional cost and/or time impacts when scope deviations arise. Accurately maintains change order logs and tracks risks that could affect project goals.
- Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
- Runs weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.
- Develops succession plans for key project roles.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical/business field or 10 years of related work experience and Electrical License.
- Able to manage a major complex Firm Fixed Price design build program.
- Experience with electronic security systems, access control systems, closed-circuit television, and fire alarm systems.
- Experience with SCADA, BAS and power systems.
- Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Thorough knowledge of electronic security.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to clear all army requirements for access to the site.
Preferred Skills:
- Secret Security Clearance.
- PMP Certified.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician Licenses.
- CMAA Certifications.
- BICSI Certifications.

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00 per year.
