This role will focus on delivering best-in-class solutions for distributors and sales agents, enabling them to efficiently generate quotes, manage pricing strategies, and drive sales. While most of our team is based in California, we welcome applicants from across the United States for this remote position.What You Will Achieve and Key Responsibilities : Strategic Roadmapping Define and prioritize product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.Leverage industry insights in construction and manufacturing to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.Product Development Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for quoting and pricing capabilities, from ideation to execution.Deliver timely, high-impact product releases that meet the needs of distributors and sales agents.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with global teams (engineering, UX, sales, and customer success) to develop innovative solutions.Mentor team members and manage contractors to foster innovation and excellence.Performance and Adoption Establish KPIs and monitor metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvements.Collaborate with customers and customer success teams to gather insights and refine product features for maximum adoption.Why This Matters : Your contributions will be crucial in transforming how the construction industry handles quoting and pricing.
