SENIOR ART DIRECTOR
Part 4 is looking for a Freelance Senior Art Director to join our team. Under the guidance of a Creative Director, you will be responsible for
conceptual development and execution of creative deliverable
s across multiple concurrent campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
Work closely with P4 Creative Directors to develop brand guidelines & visual direction and maintain the direction as you oversee and approve campaign deliverables. This includes
setting clear objectives and achievable goals to keep deliverables on track for all milestones.
Understand and maintain clients' brand requirements, goals, and objectives while pushing creative boundaries.
Create storyboards, concepts, and functional design solutions and provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
Independently concept and communicate your ideas while remaining open and collaborative to creative direction, strategy and client feedback.
Maintain a pulse on the latest creative trends and design fresh, on-trend cohesive campaigns.
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including creative & strategy leads, copywriters, project managers, editors, motion graphic artists, and developers.
Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions.
At the project level, build and maintain team rapport and provide coaching to junior resources as needed on a campaign.
Meet with the Creative Direction team weekly and / or monthly to discuss current project status, pipeline, team goals, etc...
Regularly present work to clients, emphasizing the strategic value of our thinking.
Lead brainstorm sessions for new and current client opportunities, vet ideas with strategy, develop actionable concepts, and synthesize everything with supporting visuals into a creative presentation design.
Foster a transparent, supportive environment for team members across the agency and act as a fair and kind agency representative to our clients.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
7 years working in a fast paced, ever changing agency or creative client environment. Entertainment experience is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year managing internal and external creative teams is imperative.
Highly efficient in Adobe Suite with unparalleled skill in Photoshop and, at the least, a working knowledge of Illustrator and After Effects. AE proficiency is ideal.
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across projects based on short and long-term needs. Adapt to changes in timelines, budgets, and resource availability.
Strong understanding of typography, design principles, color theory, composition, and design trends.
You are a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction as needed
Well versed in digital marketing & advertising with a keen eye for emerging technology, trends, and social platforms. The candidate must be able to seamlessly transition between digital ad campaigns, social campaigns, web design, eblasts and VR / AR projects.
Demonstrated fundamentals of leadership, including clear and proactive communication, exceptional mentoring and supervisory skills, and meeting moderation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable interacting and presenting to all levels both internally and externally including project teams, management, and key client stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in visual communication or any other design related field
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating your proficiency with digital design is required
