About the role

• ParTee Shack is looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests. In this role, you will assist with day-to day operations, support staff and uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and safety. What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support, train, and mentor team members.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
• Lead by example, maintaining a positive and team-focused work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure a top-tier experience.
• Assist in party and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
