About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at ParTee Shack. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Whether it’s supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, or enhancing customer satisfaction, you’ll help create a fun and engaging environment that keeps visitors coming back for more.
Eligibility Requirement:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position and available to work Saturdays.
What you'll do

Guest Check-In:
Welcome guests and check them in for Mini Golf and Go-Kart attractions with energy and enthusiasm. -
Go-Kart Experience:
Lead customers through safety briefings and instructions before each race, then marshal the tracks to ensure smooth and safe rides. -
Arcade & Ticket Redemption:
Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes and create a fun, hassle-free arcade experience. -
Food & Beverage Service:
Prepare menu items and serve drinks with speed, accuracy, and a smile. -
Party Coordination:
Confirm party details over the phone or in person, and assist with setup, hosting, and clean-up during birthday and corporate celebrations. -
Clean & Ready:
Maintain a clean and organized space before, during, and after your shift to ensure the ParTee Shack stays looking its best.
Team Vibes Only:
Work with an awesome team to deliver the Ultimate ParTee Shack Experience—every shift, every guest, every time.
Qualifications
- ✅ A positive attitude and friendly personality – We're looking for team players who love creating memorable moments and making people smile!
- Strong interpersonal skills – Able to connect with guests of all ages and create a welcoming environment.
- Effective communication and confident problem-solving – Keep things running smoothly while delivering great service.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus – Not required though! We’re happy to train the right person.
- Multitasking and organizational skills – You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
- ️ Physical ability – Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
