Job Title: Fabrication Operator 2nd Shift 4:30pm - 3:00am

Position Summary
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the standard setup, routine maintenance and daily operation of fabrication machines and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Embraces the 1 T.E.A.M. culture
- Wear all proper protective equipment as required in work and in accordance with Safety Policy and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a safe and healthful work environment by practicing safe work habits, good housekeeping procedures and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Complete equipment specific lockout/tagout training
- Ability to startup & shut machine down equipment during each shift
- Understand & follow change-point-control if quality issue was to arise
- Ensure company tools are properly maintained
- Successfully complete all required paperwork, such as tags, quality worksheets, etc.
- Ability to utilize ERP system for recording, monitoring and procedural purposes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to meet or exceed established production rates for all parts
- Effectively start up the equipment and produce acceptable product
- Ability to perform adjustments using simple tools
- Able to read, write and comprehend simple work instructions, short correspondence and memos written in English
- Skilled at basic math, including but not limited to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Education Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
- Three months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferred
