We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are set up properly.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Utilize OpenTable systems to manage guest seating efficiently.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems to process orders and payments effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• A willingness to help others and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
