Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working at high elevations
- General mechanical aptitude (required)
- Electrical experience (preferred)
- Ability to wear half- and full-face respirators
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
Job Responsibilities:
- Work safely in accordance with PSRI safety policies
- Adhere to PSRI’s standard work schedule (40-hour work week; overtime available)
- Collaborate with engineering staff to meet or exceed project deadlines
- Assemble piping, tubing, and other equipment
- Follow written or oral work procedures
- Assist in planning and ordering equipment parts and supplies
- Operate various equipment (training provided as needed), including:
- Fork truck
- Genie lifts and similar lifting equipment
- Hoists, chain falls, rigging, etc.
