Parties A' La Carte is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive Planner with a variety of personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling errands, and coordinating personal appointments with efficiency and discretion. The hours will be split between the office and the personal home of the Executive Planner.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule personal calendar appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing personal communications.
- Arrange and manage travel plans.
- Complete errands, including grocery shopping and dry cleaning.
- Handle personal bill payments.
- Manage purchases, returns, and gift wrapping.
- Assist with holiday décor and general decorating.
- Assist with home organization
- Assist with online sales on personal items including Poshmark and Facebook Marketplace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Type A personality preferred – proactive, efficient, and dependable.
- Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Background check required.
- This is an in-person position (not remote)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
