SUMMARY
Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time zoning research analyst in our Oklahoma City, OK Office. The ideal candidate will have some office environment experience and be computer literate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
- Internet based research of Zoning maps and Ordinance
- Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
- Review ALTA surveys to determine physical conditions
- Assist in document collection via the internet
- Compose and/or draft correspondences
- Track information and provide it to the party seeking the information
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain and manage documents
- Draft zoning compliance reports relating to bulk, area and parking requirements
- Correspond with City Departments and internally via email and or telephone
- Assist in ensuring meeting deadlines
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient completion of tasks
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Familiar with land use and zoning principals
- Ability to read and interpret zoning ordinances
- Ability to read and interpret ALTA surveys
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
- Proficient using internet search engines such as Google and Yahoo
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
