SUMMARY
Partner Engineering and Science Inc is seeking an experienced Energy Engineer to serve as a senior technical resource for our energy and sustainability consulting team. The successful candidate will manage and mentor associates and oversee projects involving the analysis, verification, design, and implementation of energy efficiency solutions; building commissioning and retro-commissioning; green building certifications; and / or, ESG&R consulting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct level I, II, III energy audits per ASHRAE standards for multiple asset types including apartment, office, industrial, hospital, and retail;
- Perform whole-building energy modeling of multiple asset types;
- Perform commissioning and retro-commissioning for multiple asset types;
- Develop best practices for energy audits reports, energy modeling, and project implementation;
- Conduct feasibility analyses of renewable energy generation projects for real estate applications;
- Manage a team of associates, energy engineers, and subcontractors; and,
- Assist in the hiring and training of project managers and project engineers.

COMPENSATION
This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role $100,000 -$130,000 annually.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
