SUMMARY :
Partner is seeking a Proposal Production Coordinator / Designer with excellent document design and publishing skills to work full time with our proposal team. Help our growing marketing and proposal teams by assisting our proposal managers and marketing staff by supporting their efforts toward creating custom content, proposals, and qualifications materials that convey a clear and compelling "Why Partner" message. A desired candidate is an excellent visual / design format creator and highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Acrobat, with good writing and communication skills; process and detail oriented; a strong team player willing to help, collaborate, and take lots of initiative; and has experience in performing similar roles for professional engineering, environmental, construction, or related companies. This is a permanent position with the potential for growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
- Assist our proposal and sales team with format and delivery of high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and in some cases, Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to develop visually appealing and effective proposal documents, including proposal graphical elements such as flow and organizational charts, illustrations, covers, and proposal layout designs.
- Support our Proposal Managers during the proposal process with other tasks as needed that may include gathering information, researching / drafting applicable project experience, and staff resume drafts and updates.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings as well as our RFP kickoff and status calls with our Proposal Managers and assist with developing or gathering content or information as requested.
- Assemble proposal responses to Request for Proposals, prepare Statements of Qualifications, complete vendor approval questionnaires, and fulfill other qualifications / sales support requests.
- Support graphic design / layout requests of marketing or proposal content and company collateral or templates. Assist in the creation and maintenance of associated illustrations, graphics, and templates.
- Perform other duties assigned as workload and capabilities allow.
- Occasional travel may be required.

COMPENSATION
Salary range : $21 to $26. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
