What we are looking for:

Partner Forces is seeking a Grants Analyst to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client. This position will supporting the overall operation and administration of the grant program, including data analysis, financial monitoring, compliance tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in grants management, with a focus on federal grants, and will be adept at navigating fast-paced environments.

What you will do as a Grants Analyst:

  • Support the execution of the grant program to include assisting in creating program guidance and documentation production including the Notice of Funding Opportunities and all associated appendices and other supporting materials.
  • Support the development in training materials and other resources for stakeholders related to the grant program
  • Provide support in developing and maintaining grant documentation, including tracking grant statuses, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve grant-related issues and provide recommendations for improvements in grant management processes.
  • Assist DHS in determining grant program outcomes and evaluate and improve the program effectiveness. 
  • Assist in the preparation of grant-related communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training materials for grantees and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CISA suitability required; current preferred.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Federal grants management experience preferred. 
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a team environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with experience defining and communicating processes, addressing pain points, and introducing process improvements.
  • Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrate good business acumen and experience.
  • Have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and comfort with ambiguity.
