About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a Technical Systems Specialist to join our team at Partner's Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manager of IT Services in various departmental activities aimed at enhancing overall corporate performance.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical systems, including Windows Server 2000, Active Directory, Office 2000, Mobile and cellular technologies, ServiceNow, and familiarity with Android-based tablets.
Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain corporate technology systems
- Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, provide flow diagrams, and document all related processes
- Ability to communicate complicated technical concepts to non-technical clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or significant professional experience)
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Windows-based hardware and software applications
- Strong communication and analytical skills
