Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor/Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of skilled workers. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and project management.

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs and schedule crews daily.
• Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours for budgeting purposes.

Skills

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure workplace safety compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,800.00 - $62,400.00 per year
