Total Compensation Package Includes Base Salary Commissions Opportunities to Bonus = Range: $60,000 - $211,000 per year NO CAP COMMISSIONS = sell more, EARN MORE $$$! Producers selling over 100 items / month can make over $200,000 with our compensation package!

Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass sales goals, develop new business, and cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients.
- Provide and maintain positive customer experiences.
- Actively train and improve product knowledge in order to provide clients with current, relevant advice.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and agency policies.
- Manage and organize a sales pipeline
Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
- Proven sales track record must provide reports or references to verify sales production *REQUIRED*
- Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings and learn WITH US
- Work well independently but be able to collaborate with the team.
- Desire for continuous and desire to move past required set minimum goals
- Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency to get the job done right
