SUMMARY
Partner Valuation Advisors is seeking an Associate Valuation Analyst to conduct appraisal research and analysis and prepare market value reports for clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
- Conduct appraisal research and analysis on market data and comparable transactions
- Prepare valuation reports as per client need and request
- Foster relationships through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to come to the best outcome
- Utilize technology and other tools to work efficiently and effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze complex best use scenarios, comparable sales
- Modeling of cash flow and costs
- Deliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or e-mail) to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively and coordinate follow-up questions during the valuation process
- Use local insights and expertise to deliver accurate, reliable, and prompt valuations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of related work experience in commercial real estate and providing high quality property valuations
- Actively licensed as Certified General or active licensed trainee
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
- Argus experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emails
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
- Must be able to drive to job site
