What does your day look like at Partner?
Veterinary scribes work directly with urgent care and emergency doctors to attend appointments and document patients’ physical exams. You will improve organizational efficiency by utilizing standard medical templates, accurately summarizing exams, preparing and assembling the patient’s record, plus organizing discharge instructions. This is a fully remote position, and you will attend appointments via Microsoft Teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in human medicine or veterinary profession
- Familiarity with medical or human/veterinary terminology, language, and abbreviations
- Typing proficiency (approximately 45 words/minute)
- Keen eye for documenting detailed information with accuracy
- Understanding of veterinary workflows and procedures, preferred
