Job Summary
As a Web Developer III, you are responsible for building web applications and supporting and maintaining Partner.co websites, services, and digital products. In your role, you will implement design requirements and specifications into functional, user-friendly, and appealing high-quality web applications.
This is an experienced, mid-level development role where you will be expected to produce high-quality and efficient code - setting an example for less-experienced developers on the team.

Duties/Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the development team to create high-quality web applications.
- Support and maintain existing websites, services, and tools by completing feature requests and resolving bugs and issues.
- Learn and follow set department code standards.
- Follow QA processes to ensure quality.
- Create websites and applications that adhere to current web development standards.
- Introduce and implement innovative techniques and technologies.
- Self-manage completion of projects and work with project managers to meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Develop designs into web applications with exactness.
- Work with management to analyze website metrics and boost traffic to increase sales performance.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development and Design, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web software development.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, object-oriented PHP, Laravel PHP framework, and Perl.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Next, Vue, and React.
- Solid understanding of common web database types (relational databases, NoSQL, Document, etc.).
- Experience with version control utilizing GIT.
- Experience with using modern AI tools to improve and automate development workflows and processes.
- Proficient in API integrations, including working with RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles.
- AWS experience/certifications are a major plus.
Work Arrangement
Remote Work: We are looking for local Utah candidates who can work remote and come into the office from time to time. Must have an adequate home office setup with a quiet, distraction-free workspace, ergonomic chair, and high-speed internet access, along with the ability to work effectively from a remote location in a professional and organized environment and be familiar with remote communication tools such as video conferencing and collaboration platforms for virtual meetings and discussions.
