The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support on all digital banking products, including online banking, mobile deposit, and ATM services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality support to online banking customers via phone, email, or instant chat.
- Conducting regular maintenance tasks, monitoring transactions for suspicious activity, and completing daily reports.
- Assisting with eStatement and Bill Pay enrollment, troubleshooting, and compliance with CIP & DDD.
Requirements include one to two years of experience in a financial institution setting, knowledge of CSR, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and Email.
Familiarity with Digital Banking operations, CDARs, and ICS funds transfers is required. The ability to meet daily deadlines, multitask, and provide backup to other departments is essential.
