Customer Service Assistant I (CSA)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant I to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide top-notch service to our customers.
The CSA will be responsible for performing a variety of teller and customer service duties as needed. This includes processing teller transactions, opening routine checking, savings and certificate of deposit accounts, and handling various customer inquiries. Additionally, the CSA will sell and service all deposit accounts, handle referrals, and provide prompt problem resolution.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Process various types of transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Sell and service deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend products or services to meet customers' needs
- Perform account maintenance and make referrals to other lines of business as needed
