Head Teller
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Head Teller to oversee the teller line operations at Partners Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Tellers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance and operating policies and procedures.
- Complete and/or assist with performance evaluations and documentation.
- Provide on-going training and cross-training to staff.
- Assist in locating cash discrepancies, processing unusual transactions, and handling difficult customer questions.
Requirements:
- Three years of prior teller and/or customer service experience is necessary.
- Minimum of two years prior experience in a Senior Teller position or a related supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
