The ideal candidate will be a high energy team player, able to collaborate effectively with creative and passionate personalities. This position is responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews and employment agreements.
- Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Administering employee benefits programs and addressing any related inquiries.
- Leading performance management processes, including setting up evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conducting training sessions on various HR topics.
- Collaborating with management to identify and address employee relations issues.
- Work with Partner team on compensation review, internal data, market insights and benchmarking positions to stay current and competitive.
- Work with Admin team on event planning and implementation.
- Contributing to a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 5-8 years' of experience working in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a design or creative environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $73,000 - $90,000
