Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage 13 commercial properties, including industrial, retail, and office spaces
- Maintain tenant relations and serve as the first point of contact for any tenant issues
- Collaborate with vendors to address property maintenance and repair needs
- Engage in financial aspects of the properties, including rent collection, invoices, and financial reporting
- Assist with annual budget creation & CAM Reconciliation within Yardi Voyager
- Work closely with the Senior Asset Manager & Assistant Property Manager to resolve any significant property-related issues
- Conduct site visits to each property every two weeks and as needed
- Set up rent rolls and tenant profiles in Yardi
- Track tenant/property insurance within Lease Manager
- Address Tenant Delinquencies including serving 3-day notices & coordination with legal as needed
- Collaborate with the controller for accounting-related tasks
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a commercial property manager with a background in industrial, retail, and office properties
- Strong working knowledge in Yardi Voyager & associated modules a must
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient excel skills
- Experience with commercial cafe management and procure-to-pay processes is preferred
- Knowledge of lease management is preferred
