Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for dental practices, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Practice Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Regularly update practices on case progress and any changes.
- Meeting Facilitation/Coordination: Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings with dental/orthodontic practices and internal teams. Ensure all meetings are well-prepared and productive, focusing on case discussions and coordination.
- Case Set-Up: Manage the setup and preparation of cases, ensuring all necessary details and documentation are accurate and complete. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cases are processed efficiently.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for practices, providing timely updates on case progress and any necessary follow-ups. Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all case-related documentation is organized and easily accessible. Maintain accurate records of all communications and case details.
- Quality Control: Monitor and review cases for accuracy and completeness. Work closely with the quality control team to address any discrepancies or issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflow and case management processes. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Airway department. Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical administrative role is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
