We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Airway Administrator to join our innovative and dedicated team. This position is vital to the success of our Airway Department, serving as a critical bridge between our internal teams and the dental practices we support. As an Airway Administrator, you will take on a multifaceted role that combines administrative excellence, effective communication, and a commitment to customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of airway cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step of the process. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining clear and consistent communication between dental professionals and our internal departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality control. By proactively managing case timelines and providing exceptional client support, you will help uphold our reputation for reliability and excellence in service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for dental practices, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Practice Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Regularly update practices on case progress and any changes.
  • Meeting Facilitation/Coordination: Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings with dental/orthodontic practices and internal teams. Ensure all meetings are well-prepared and productive, focusing on case discussions and coordination.
  • Case Set-Up: Manage the setup and preparation of cases, ensuring all necessary details and documentation are accurate and complete. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cases are processed efficiently.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for practices, providing timely updates on case progress and any necessary follow-ups. Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure all case-related documentation is organized and easily accessible. Maintain accurate records of all communications and case details.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and review cases for accuracy and completeness. Work closely with the quality control team to address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflow and case management processes. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Airway department. Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical administrative role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
